Funny,...my wife said the same thing.

Yes, I've always thought that stiletto boots would be a good touch.

Nope, these are seam-free, which means what you see in the front is also what you see in the back. :-)

I was saving this look for something special, and finally wore it when I got the chance to host the traveling Wales scarf.
I got the striped knee socks from Target, but they reminded me of men's hose with flashes...except not.
The shoes are Doc Martins men's shoes I bought a few years ago and I've always liked the buckle look.

Father Bill I'm not quite sure when a woman wearing a short skirt of any kind became "pushing the envelope."

Hi bigdad1.
It's a very long time since I posted that and I don't remember what the finer points of my intended message were at the time. I am quite sure however that it did not refer to length of skirts which is clearly personal choice; probably more to do with trying extremely unusual things in colour or accessories since that's what "pushing the envelope" means to me.
Hope I haven't offended or shocked - it certainly wasn't my intent, merely an observation that women have a much wider spectrum of clothing choice before anything that they choose would be considered unusual.
Thanks for clarifying!
Cheers!
Bill

Yet another bump without pictures. I am losing my faith in humanity...
