Perhaps they don't have someone keeping up with emails/calls/queries etc. Most complaints seem to be about no replies to communications.
I had a horrendous time with FC but they did redeem themselves and service was great on my last order. But perhaps they are slipping again?

Hey, there, Ozman!
How do you think the 16 oz. FC kilt compares to the SWK Standard? In other words, what is your educated comparison? I personally think that the FC has more pleats and a little heavier fabric, but I am certainly an untrained eye!

I'm still probably going to try them at some point. Hopefully, I'll be one of the happy stories, and not one of the sad stories.
