Actualy I was lucky enough to recieve a black argyl jacket with matching waistcoat for my birthday in August.

The reason I was willing to find a waistcoat not matching the jacket was that my search for a casual jacket was mostly at goodwill for a conversion project.

Found just waiting for the conversion to be completed

Matching vestdoesn't have to be matching in color but something that compliments the jacket

Pocket Watch prefer some vintage piece hand wound perhaps
my parents discovered a watch among other things cleaning out boxes. its not all that old but it looks the part

Full Mask Sporran something different an animal not usually seen

Sgian Dubh with a Demascus blade black polished handle and a smooth river stone in place of the tacky glass/plastic stones you normaly see.

Glengarry solid black maybe in leather.
Went with a Balmoral as I'm not in a pipe band and I get asked that enough without giving people more reason to think I am.

Kilt Hose thick wool with and even thicker cuff.
Looks like I shall be ordering a good pair next paycheck.

Bonnie Lass to go on me arm.

    Let's see -

    1) Let's start off with the X-mark clan badge
    2) You can not go wrong with a Rab Gordon sgian dubh and dirk
    3) To return the favor - several of artificer's sporrans
    4) A Lady Chrystel's double box pleats kilts
    5) A dress Gordon kilt
    6) A weathered Lamont kilt
    7) An argyle jacket
    8) A nice PC jacket
    9) A couple sets of hand knit hose
    10) And since we need a #10 a nice sgian brew for those times I can wear a blade

My list is pretty small at the moment since 90% of the time I will be a summer kilter for games & fests.
A couple of pair of good hose
    Brown leather belt
    Tweed hunting jacket for dinner
    Some quality blades

Didn't the dancers in the Old West have a garter setup to carry?

Have you considered a slanted pocket sewn to the inner apron? Surf around this site...I know I've seen photos of at least one kilt with this feature. Probably not intended for a Walther but it would most likely fit too.

Oh the visual image of that was a bit stomach turning. Aside from the weight of that pistol being heavy I would need suspenders for the garter.

Strike another item off my list!

My Ryan Ross bonnet arrived and it is EVERYTHING I hoped it would be

Here's me doing my best impression of Ryan

And there's another item in the works to be struck from my list. Drac will be making my Sgian Dubh!

I've added one new thing to my list. A dark claret velvet doublet, either Kenmore or Montrose.

    Which leaves only the remaining bits from my original list below;

A really nice pair of hose-

    Tweed day jacket and waistcoat.

Sporrans- update to my want list. I WANT brass cantles! I'm working with a metal smith friend of mine to see what we can put together (since they rarely turn up on eBay. I actually want to make several, as I'd like a plain leather bag as well as a shaggy horse hair version as well. Not trimmed like a military or piper's sporran, but a shaggy beast.

I'm getting there, slowly but surely.
