choice of shoes in Akron Ohio

Heard this little tidbit on CBC radio this aft.
In Akron Ohio it is illegal for women to wear patent leather shoes while wearing a skirt.......something to do with reflections

....wonder what the ruling is for men in kilts.....hmmmmm Anyone from Akron?
Maybe that's where we should have the next kilt convention

....spit and polish your shoes gents!

Geez, here I am scrolling through new topics and this pops up and I say to me self "Self, when did you post this and what did you post?" so Self has a gander at the post, self remembers writing the post and self has a good chuckle and reminds self, that self should polish his boots!

I guess THAT kilt was made by someone that really knows what he's doing!

As for the sudden re-emergence of some threads... you can always tell when two things are happening:

1).someone's been gone for a while, and they're running through everything, or
2).guys are getting REAL close to a new "saltire" and are stretching for posts. This is when you get the "Good idea", "Cool kilt", "Post pictures", or "Me too" responses.
