About a month and a half ago, someone posted that they were looking for wooden kilt pins. At the time I decided to try and make some and then see if there was any interest. Unfortunately the holidays got in the way.
However, I am now here with my offerings.
I have an individual pic of each pin in my gallery. They are 3"-3 1/2" long, and about 1/2" in diameter. All are made from natural colored African woods (no stain they really are than color), and have a pin that is about 1" in length.
At the moment, based on effort, and cost of materials (and on what other web sites are selling wood pins for http://www.lindaclifford.com/KiltPinWoodGrp.html - these are $35.00) I feel that I can offer them for $20.00 a piece, but I am willing to go cheaper if bought in bulk (hint hint you kilt makers out there).
At this point, I would really like feedback on what you think of the woods, the different styles, lengths etc. Info on how to buy will be forthcoming is there really is an interest.
Thanks
Adam
