Old Friend
Hell-o all,
My evening last night was not nearly as exciting as Andrew's or Ron's but here it is. I have a friend whom I have known since we were kids (who lives out of town), she was to be the guest Cellist at a community symphony in a suburb in the south part of town. I arrived a little early and found my seat, the couple next to me were very impressed with me all kilted and such. The gentlemen of the couple said that pants were barbaric (of course I agreed) and his wife just seemed to roll her eyes. Yes I gave him all sorts of kilt information.
After the concert I went to talk to Lisa, when many members of the symphony came up and said many wonderful comments. I just loved it.
Lisa and I decided to go out for dessert to catch up on the years of talk we both had. Walking into the restaurant, she carrying her Cello and of course me being kilted got many stares. The sad part was that more people were commenting more on the Cello than the Kilt
Like I said this is not as exciting as Ron's or Andrew's, but it was fun
