Sporran parts
I’m looking for a source for the metal parts to make sporrans. I don’t do it commercially, and not much, but I would like to find a supplier for cantles and the other metal parts. As a rule, I make sporrans to give away as raffle items for the Scottish St. Andrew’s Society of Spokane or the Spokane Highland Games. My son and future sons-in-laws also get them, the rest I keep—because I’ve fallen in love with them.
Thanks for your help.

I bought a cantle from Jerry at Stillwater Kilts. He didn't have many of the chrome left but he has some nice looking black ones that would look great with white or grey fur. Drop him an email for info since not all his stock is listed on the site.

I would be interested in maybe buying sporran parts from you, kiltsdotcom. I also make sporrans (as a sideline to my saddlery), and up to now I've got my metal work from Clanart in Taunton, Somerset, but they're only able to offer pewter.

I'll be getting to you as soon as I get back from Western Canada. Thanks for responding.
