    A great evening...

    with 1300 of my closest co-workers. :P

The City of Calgary held an employee appreciation party tonight for all of it's Transit employees. A huge catered event with a fantastic live band. As our training class graduates this coming Monday we were invited to attend.

It was a semi-casual affair and I was the only one wearing a kilt. I heard a few nice comments about it, but for the most part no-one said a thing. A typical non-event. Gotta love it!

Does that mean you're an official graduate, job and all?

    Hey, hey, hey,

Maybe....the lack of comment means no one cares and you CAN wear your kilts on the job.....????

A double congratulations to you Al. Graduating, and now a non-event kilt wearing evening. You have done well my friend.

    Thanks everyone!
No kilts on the job...yet. I'll have to work on them for that. I don't know if the union will back me on the idea though. LOL
Cyndi...GREAT cartoon! Almost looks like me, too.
