    Smile More Kudos to Rocky

I got home from my morning senior golf group around 1:00 PM today and had a package from Audobon Pa on my front porch. (rest assured, where I live no one would steal it, It could have had a bundle of $100.00 bills and no one would have bothered them). The kilt jonesing is over. I didn't have time to try it on until just now, but I love it. The weight is substanial when held, but totally un-noticable when it is worn. Rocky, you were dead on about pleating the modern Gordon tartan to stripe. It looks fantastic. I'm still trying to talk my son into a USA kilt, but he is insistant on getting something in my father's family tartan (Macneil) Gordon is my mother's family name (as well as my middle name) Anyhow, Rocky, I will definitely reccomend you to anyone I know who is looking for a kilt

    Jerry,

I was hoping you said Rocky was sewing $100 bills in the pleats, boy would we all be really jonesing then.

The joys of hearing about new kilts is so AWESOME!

Thanks for making me even crazier waiting for my USAK. It's not like I haven't chewed the last of my fingernails off yet. If you get a chance, stop by and kick my dog for me. LOL!

    Congrats on your new kilt!!

Congrats Jerry! Modern Gordon pleated to the stripe looks incredible! There was a guy at the highland games last fall that had a Gordon pleated to the stripe, and every eye was definitely on that kilt.

BTW - my middle name is my mother's maiden name also! I thought only Latina and crazy Mormon women did that! :o It's like we got hyphenated last names before they were trendy!

I saw your kilt in the making at USA Kilts when I picked mine up, and I must say that I was very impressed by the tartan, and the pleating look super sharp! I mentioned to Rocky that this may have to be my next kilt as I was indeed impressed.

    Way to go!
