Any accessory suppliers recommended in TX?
Hey gents, I just got back from the 3 hrs drive to Dallas. Went to do some shopping and had checked online for a Celtic shop hoping to find some sporan/kilt pins/belt type stuff... Unfortunately, the address for the shop now hosted a Lebanese cuisine restaurant, and couldn't find much else celtic while we were in town.
I'm in Abilene (3 hrs west of Dallas, and that's the CLOSEST metro area). Anyone know any shops in DFW, Austin or maybe Lubbock that are worth a trip??
Thanks, mates.

I have dealt with Scotland Forever, in Plano once, while visiting family in Dallas. ( http://www.scotlandforever.net/index.html ). It's located in the owners' living room, and you need to call for an appointment. Prices aren't economy level but neither are they exorbitant and quality was good.

I recommend ScotlandForever, too. They have a pretty good variety of stuff and can measure you for a qualty kilt if that's what you're looking for. They were at the Texas Scottish Festival all weekend though, so they wouldn't have been available on the weekend. They do a lot of shows, so you definitely need to make an appointment.
