Columbus Scottish Festival

Going to Indy in Sept and I noticed that the Columbus Scottish Festival is on the same weekend. Is anyone familar with this event? Are there any good vendors there?

I live in S. Indiana and plan to be there yhis year., however I have never been before. from the info on the web site, it looks to be better than most small festivals.

It was a good festival, falls on my birthday this year, may have to go back up.

I just joined, saw this post, then saw the date. I am planning on being there this year. I think it was 2003 when I last had time to go to that one.

At this time, I am hoping to enter a Sunbeam Alpine in the car show. I am trying to press my Saint into deciding what day. Her nephews b-day is that weekend, and he doesn't seem too interested in going. So, to make a short story long, I will be there the day the party isn't.

Last time I went, the vendors were mediocre, not bad, just nothing impressive. They seem to have different vendors this year. I had hopes on being able to shop for a new kilt at three or four different sales, but it looks like just one stall this year. The Indy Irish Festival had a few more. They also had the traditional dancers. Hope to see you there.
