At That Book Store from the film "Notting Hill"

I go down Portobello Road fairly regularly looking for tools, sporrans, and so on. On 16th Sep, I paid a visit to the travel bookshop, which is the one featured in the film Notting Hill - the place where Hugh Grant's character works (I was looking for a map). Here I am, in a blurry photograph taken by my daughter on my mobile phone.

Nice setting, David. It looks like it was another perfect day to wear a kilt. Now if you can just get the motorists to move their cars...

Sorry David, but I've not seen the film so the bookshop location means nothing to me. Back in the mid-1960s, I lived in Bayswater and frequently visited Portobello market, but I've not been there since. Must do something about that......

<Sigh> Just wishful thinking, Hamish. I'm good at that.

I live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, a.k.a. DFW and the Metroplex. Lots of concrete & cars. :-(
