My younger sister told me this story over the Thanksgiving holiday. I though it was worth a chuckle.
The 5 year old sister of my sister's boyfriend had been given an assignment by her kindergarden teacher to draw a picture of a turkey. All of the children drew pictures of the cackling bird in all of its living glory except this wee lass. This darling lass instead drew a picture of the frozen turkey her mother had brought home from the grocery store in all of its frozen, wrapped, labeled glory. The kicker is that this is allegedly one of her best drawing to date.
We'll be expecting some creative, unconventional ideas out of that lass in the future to be sure.
