Thats a very interesting article. I've seen lots of pictures of Masai,yet I never thought of the cloth as tartan.
I think that first one would make a nice kilt.

Interesting, I also have a sort of 'tartan' lungi from my time in India. The men there wear tartan (or a kind of check). Tartan is for everyone, not just the Scots!!
