Saw this today while looking at Jerry's site for more bargains ... the SWK 2006 Nightstalker is going for $80 on his site ... now only if these came in the HW ... sigh.

    From the Web Site:

Check out the great new features:

    • Pleats are anchored down at the hips NEW!
    • Three wide leather straps & cast buckles NEW!
    • Full-width comfort lining- extends down 12" NEW!

Looks awesome, but when will the rest of the new 2006 line be up?!!

I'm waiting to see the new Heavyweights, and so are several people I've recommended.

OH yay! If this is any sign, the rest of the line should be available by Christmas time.

The new model looks really good.

You all know that you would love to pitch-in a little money each and get me one of those for Christmas.
After all, one or two more kilts & I could start wearing them to work rather than just on the weekends.

    Ok, just kidding.
    Maybe.....

Or you could get a SWK black and it would go with anything except Drywall mud. ??:

I'm still confused on how it's possible to produce a kilt for these prices. I know there off the rack, fit to waist size. I've always prefered a custom made but am still wondering how these are made. I've only seen prices like that on East Indian mass produced imports. Is the quality there or are they what they are, an inexpensive alternative.

    Just a question,

SWK Web site (http://www.stillwaterkilts.com) news says:

We are starting to list some 2006 Standard Kilts on our web store, they have some new features, they are now tailored similar to our Heavyweight kilts.

Heavyweights: We have had some fabric issues which had to be solved before Heavyweight production could start. We hope to have some ready before the holidays, but no promises at this point. Our next batch of Black Watch Heavyweights will be made from Australian Merino Wool, you will love the fabric as much as we do.
