Hell-o all,

A friend of mine who lives in Connecticut and does public speaking around North America primarily had a lay over here in town this weekend. Of course we met for lunch and played catch up on things in our life and just general chit chat. He also had an associate with him.

One of the first things that he said to her after we got together was, "See I told you he would be wearing a kilt!" Her response to him was "yes I see what you mean, it does look good on him, I wish more guys would wear them."

BTW she is originally from Melbourne, Australia and said that she would like to see more guys down their kilted. So to all of my kilted brethern down in Australia, you have your work cut out for yourself.

I was just down in Sydney on business and didn't see one kilt while out and about in the city center over a week's time.

That said, it was over 90 degrees and humid every day, not exactly 16oz worsted weather! :grin:

To my shame, I forgot my lightweight kilt back in the States, and so missed my opportunity to add another country to my kilt passport.
