What's up with Bear Kilts?

I ordered a formal-cut kilt plus a Sporganiser from Bear Kilts 10 months ago, at the end of March 2005. I still don't have either item. I've sent Terry 3 e-mails & left 2 voice-mail messages asking for the status of my order, but gotten no reply. Plus, today when I go to bearkilts.com I get the message, "This account has been suspended." I have confirmation that my money order was cashed last April 4th. Despite all the glowing comments about Bear Kilts, I'm getting the distinct impression that I've been stiffed & I'm just about ready to contact my lawyer.

Anyone know the current whereabouts of Terry Vargas & the status of Bear Kilts?

No disrespect intended Ian, but Retro is a new member, and while he may have just joined (or posted for the first time) to complain, he has a very legit' problem.
