Wedding tomorrow
I'm in adelaide, south Australia right now.
We had an interesting 8 hour drive after a sea journey to get here. I burnt out the clutch in my van and had to leave it half way over in Ballarat and hire a Toyota van to continue the journey ($1300 poorer).
tomorrow is the big day of my daughters' wedding. My role is to walk her down the aisle and give a speech at the reception.
I hope it won't be too hot, I'll bewearing a wool kilt (Morrison), tweed jacket and waistcoat.
Wish me well, it's the first wedding of my five kids.
I'll post a coupla piccies later

Congratulations to your daughter. It sounds like you will be looking great in the attire you have choosen. I think you will do just fine if it's hot. Some ice water now and then should help keep you cool. Then for more cooling effect at the reception . . .

Congratulations Graham. You must be very proud, and congratulations on gaining a new son (in-law). Have you spoken with him about the idea of wearing kilts?

Graham,
My best wishes to your daughter on her day!
Not to worried about your job responsibilities, I know that you will do well. What an adventure to get there, something you will always cherish.
I am sure that you and Leslie are very proud and happy.

I am thinking of you as I write this Graham (about 11.00am Sunday your time), so you are probably just getting ready for the ceremony. I'm hoping the sun is shining and that it's not too hot for you all. Blessings on the newly-wed couple.
I have just realised: getting married on a Sunday? I don't think that's possible back here in the old country, but I could be wrong!
Looking forward to the piccies.
