My Life so Far - UK TV
The film 'My Life so Far' is being shown tonight on BBC2 in the UK. 11.45-01.20.
Set in the highlands in the 20's, and seen from the perspective of the family's ten-year-old son, the movie follows the traumatic events of a tumultuous year as the boy's madcap inventor dad (Colin Firth) has a fling with a visiting uncle's French fiancée (Irène Jacob).
Colin Firth dons a kilt at one point and his 2 sons wear kilts frequently throughout the film, both formally and informally.

Any idea when we'll see it in the States? Monarch sadly, doesn't do it for me any more.

Sorry Michael, I have a hard enough time keeping up with the ever-increasing number of channels here in the UK. I'm sure it will turn up sooner or later.

It's shown on a fairly regular rotation on Direct TV. I love the movie. Do try to catch it.
