A Kilted Screensaver
I put this in the tech spot as I have a great idea, but don't know how to do it my self. I hope that ONE person will volunteer to do this and say so on here so others don't duplicate the effort.
I think it would be awesome to have a screensaver of the pictures that are showing up in in the past few posts about kilt pictures. The pictures would change from one kilted person to another even with those fancy change overs that ones sees on screensavers from time to time.
I would hope that since these pictures are used on the forum that no one would mind if they were made into a screensaver that others might possibly see. It would be another great way to show others that kilts are cool and the "in" thing. Can someone do this for us?
After some of the pictures are used here, in a couple months there could be another one made or updated and we can download it again as there will be more kilt pictures by then.

As far as I know, if you're using a Windows based operating system there is a setting you can use in your screensaver program that will automatically shuffle through all the photos you have saved.

I'm using Windows XP and this is how it's done with that:
To use personal pictures as a screen saver
Ensure that you have two or more pictures in a folder on your computer. You can upload pictures from a digital camera or scanner, or copy them from the Internet or an e-mail attachment.
Open Display in Control Panel.
On the Screen Saver tab, under Screen saver, click My Pictures Slideshow in the list.
Click Settings to specify the folder containing your pictures, define picture size, and set other options.
Notes
To open Display, click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Display.
My Pictures Slideshow scrolls through all the pictures in the folder.
After you specify a screen saver, it will automatically start when your computer is idle for the number of minutes specified in Wait.
Click Preview to see how the selected screen saver will appear on your monitor. Move your mouse or press a key to end the preview

Thanks sorcerdale for the idea, and thanks Southern Breeze for the info on how to do it. It works a treat. I have enough pic's for quite a few screen savers. Put them in seperate folders and when i want a change, call up a new folder. Great idea.

Replying to own post
Yes, thanks. I even edited the pictures so they were all the same height. I don't have one of me in the slide show, but will after I get a few good pictures.
Thanks for suggesting this, DALE.
