Still haven't heard from a seller.

So I bought a dress belt and sporran from kiltmart on eBay. As per my custom, I contacted them immediately with my shipping info and a request for the total so I could send payment.

I bought the items on March 28, and here it is April 3. I've contacted them through their e-mail twice and through the eBay "Request Total" system once. Still not a peep. If I haven't heard from them by the end of tommorrow I'm going to try their e-mail on their off-eBay webpage.

What should I do if I still don't get an answer? I'm starting to feel a bit uncomfortable about sending off a big 'ol check to people who don't seem to respond to direct inquiries.

If they still won't reply to your emails go to the eBay Get Member Contact Info Form and type in the seller's username and the item #. eBay will then eMail you the seller's phone number so that you can call them.

No problem. I sell a huge volume of items on eBay and I've learned quite a few tricks and ways to make the system there work for you.

I did get in touch with Kiltmart, I phoned them. We're not sure what happened, but they never got my e-mails. I had an e-mail from them in my box the next morning and sent out payment earlier this week. I haven't recieved my items yet, but it's still early for that. I'll post a review when I get them.
