Boy do XMarkers talk a lot

Wow, I've only been away from XMarks for a few days and I've now spent the past 2 hours wading through over 1000 new posts. We are definitely a talkative bunch.

But only all of the incredibly interesting posts by all my fine XMarks friends could keep me up till 1:30 AM on a day when I actually don't have to do a huge amount of work for a change.

I cannot help it. when I get in at the end of the day, I go to the gym, eat dinner, and chat on xmarks. It is so much more fun the looking at photos of other guys women. (that stuff just aint helthy). X marks is my little home away from home, and the stories I read just help me take a little bit of home with me while I'm over here. Thank you everyone.

I think it's the kilt-wearing.

Only since venturing out in public in a kilt have I had conversations with people I never before met, nor met again. Strangers strike up conversations; people have questions; hecklers take their shot. Kilt-wearing is still very much outside the norm; it shatters our shells and forces us to sharpen our conversational skills. Then we get to share these experiences with our like-minded friends here!

ok...I've been on here for more than two hours...reading through new posts...and trying to keep up with the post being put up while I'm reading elsewhere!

I'll have to hire a secretary to read these while I am unable to, and transcribe my responses!

the pace at which this forum is growing is almost maddening!

Yep . . . not sure which addiction is worse -- reading XMarks, or buying kilts . . . time vs. money . . .

hmm... I heard somewhere that time=money...

if that is true...I'd like to trade a day or so for a new 16oz MacTavish (Thompson red) tartan kilt, knife pleat, 8ish yrds.
