I asked the same question earlier, based on a post from last year. Here is the answer.

I think you are refering to is the Book to be released some time in 2006 intitled "The Art of Contemporary Kiltmaking" I am writing it, and Barb T. has agreed to act as editor and publisher. As a companion work to Barb's book this will deal with machine sewn, Contemporary styled, modern fabric Kilts.
