Welcome from Scotland. As you will see from the advertisers on the site there are a wide range of kilts available from budget casual kilts to quality dress formal kilts. If you visit Scotland there are just so many "must see" places. Where to start - The Highlands; the West Coast; Dumfries; the Scottish Borders; Southern Uplands; Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, Perth and Inverness, none should be missed.

Welcome and congratulations on your upcoming wedding. There is lots of great advice (and humor) to be had here. As for the kilts for your wedding, can you give us a little more information? Are you looking to equip 5 gentlemen in kilts and the full rig of Highland accessories (kilt jackets, vests, etc, etc). You may want to hire some of the pieces and purchase the rest. It depends on how many full formal occassions you would like to be kilted at. (Or you can look at some recent posts by Alan H. about how to come up with the formal jacket look very cheaply). If you can give us a better idea of what you want we are happy to steer you in the right direction.
As for where to stay in Scotland....

Welcome, & congratulations.
"Excentrics"? On this board? Nah! Perhaps X-centrics is what you mean.
