[Kilted Taper]

I've seen two threads get locked and/or deleted totally in the last day or so. I have no issue with that, but both times the statement of "this is a kilt forum and this has nothing to do with kilts" was made. If this is going to be a strict kilt only forum, why is there an "OFF TOPIC" board? Maybe it's time to get rid of that so the option isn't even there?

Not trying to cause waves, just a thought.
