Norse kilt pins, anyone??
This weekend I am hoping to get more of these:

Sorry for the crappy photo, I have no better!
It is a replicate norse clothes pin (bone) I have made into a kilt pin.Ca. 8 cm long.
I will be selling them at cost plus postage.
The last time I showed it here there was interest in them.
Just to be able to appraise how many I will buy:
Who wants one???
I guess they will be ca. 10 Euro each + postage.

Can u show the "needle" to put it on our kilt? I like that, but I'd want to be sure that it's going to resist the walking and/or hiking! That's a beauty, anyway...
¡Salud!

My one weighs 10 grams, so it is not very heavy.
Here is a better photo:

And this is the back side with the pins:

I have worn it for a year now with no problems!

For those that have issues with converting... 11cm = 4.3307" = 4 5/16 roughly.. Sorry it's the engineer in me..

BUMP!!
Two fellow xmarkers don´t seem to want any, so there are two of the pins still for sale. They cost 20,00 € plus postage.
Anyone interested please PM me.

Thanks to Hermann I already have one of these gorgeous pins, seen here on my Geoffrey (Tailor) Northumberland / Shepherd / Falkirk tartan kilt.

As for the two fixing tacks: believe me, these are no-nonsense tacks and will certainly hold the pin in place - whatever!
Hermann's pin looks particularly effective on a darker tartan and is stunning on a dark, plain kilt (eg: black). Mine has been much admired.

Very smart Hamish, and yes, I can recommend these pins, they really do look nice - quite different to the average kilt pin. I have one on each of my two plain green kilts but it looks good on any tartan too (as you can see with Hamish).
I was worried about the fasteners at first, but they hold on well, more reliable than standard pins in fact.
