Tartan Flashes

I was wondering if some one could point me in the direction of a good store to get cheap tartan flashes. The only ones that I have been able to track down were 37 dollars on Kiltstore.net, and for some one with almost no money that is a little more than I want to spend on fabric that sticks out of my hose.

SportKilt has some well made flashes for about $15 in tartans. I have a bunch and just ordered two more today. Wide elastic, solid metal hook together dealie bobbers. Flashes are as well made as the ones I get from Kathy Lare at Kathy's Kilts, just the material is cotton poly.
