Summerside Highland Gathering at the College of Piping and Celtic Performing Arts of Canada in PEI:

This year's event will feature the new "Event in the Tent". The organizers along with the major sponsor, Oran (from Ireland), have decided to add to the fun of the weekend. Besides the regular features, the Event in the Tent will have some pretty fine local bands in attendance.

The Irish Descendants, with Banshee on 23 June, along with The Fables supported by the Chucky Danger Band on 24 June.

The weekend is also the starting point for the College's summer long Celtic Festival.
