    Pics at Boilermaker Road Race

    Hi guys

On Sunday, our band played for the 15 K Boilermaker Road Race in Utica. We're staged about 1/2 mile from the finish, and we play for the two hours of the race to give people a boost at the end of the race course. Thought I'd post a pic! I'm 7th from the left in the back row.

Your lungs, cheeks, and feet were probably ready for a boost after two hours of piping in the heat!

That's a good looking group you've got there. I bet it was fun... (no judges! )

I like it. Kilts and t-shirts. I think our local bands would thoroughly approve of this development!

I bet that would be a great boost to hear bag pipes in a race like that. I have a huge collection of pipe mp3's I listen to while mountain biking. It's very inspiring hammering up a hill to pipes and drums.

    What is the tartan?

Just poped over to the web site and see that it is Modern MacGillivray
