    New Canvas Kilt

Here's a snap of the new canvas kilt I picked up at the Flagstaff games. This was my get-up for the day. I guess I looked pretty good, cause some lady in Wal-Mart snuck (not very well) a snap of me with her camera phone... still not sure how I feel about that

    Nice ensemble.

I get photographed a lot. If it's a digicam, I usually ask to see the picture.

The same here. I don't mind having my picture taken, but it is good manners if they ask first though.

Looks like a Buzz Kidder canvas kilt. They're built right...solid garments.

Good job on the ensamble! Very good pic! Did the skull on yer knee hurt at all?
I'm thinking about getting knotwork designs done on my knees and rear calves. I have this on the side of my right calf...

Whoops. Looks like I missed Kilted Taper's question. It is indeed a Buzz Kidder canvas kilt. I didn't even know who it was by until Riverkilt helped me out (he remembered the booth at the Flagstaff games.)

    And Highlandcelt:
Yes, the skull on my kneee did hurt indeed. And, would you believe I tattooed it myself? It's true. I, in retrospect, really don't know how I managed to concentrate through the pain! It definately wasn't the most painful tattoo ever. But, it wasn't the easiest either. I need more stuff on my legs. I've pretty much decided that I'm going to get a bagpiper in black and grey on one of my shins. I've also been considering a rampant lion on the other knee cap.

It is too bad that you are so far away from me and I from you. By the looks of the ink-work ya have, I'd like for you to do some on me! I have been Jonesing and fiending for some new ink. Call it an addiction! The ink itch! Gotta scratch it!
I am actually wanting to get a Rampant Lion flag on the back of my left calf, and a Saltire Flag on the back of my right calf.

I'd be happy to. But, as you've already pointed out... we're quite a distance from one another! I've been tattooing for about 6 years. I worked full time in a shop for a couple of years. But, due to the owner's bad business decisions, that came to an end. I do tattoo still. Just usually on friends and family kinda thing. Some day I hope to be a shop owner. Some day.
