Would it be possible, for those of us who are either squinting at the screen (17 or 19 Inch) or trying to read through the bottom half of our spectacles (the close-up part) to

make the Previous/Page 1 of X/Next larger (lots larger??)

I have a very hard time with my "point control" and tho I aim for the little > character, I go to the last page instead.
