    Hose advice

    Hello,
I was just wanting an opinion on what color hose you would wear with this tartan?

I would be wearing a grey argyle jacket and brown leathers. Also what color tie do you think would go best?

    Thanks for the advice.

My choice would be off white or oatmeal hose with red flashes and a red tie.

That's the USN Seabees Tartan isn't it?

Normally I would suggest colours that touched on the olive in the kilt and the brown leathers but that would require a different coloured jacket.

Greys and browns can be difficult so I would play up the darker red or blue. Preferably the blue since it will work better with the grey. Use it for both the tie and the flashes. Definitely go with the off-white hose. Just my opinion.

Grey hose, match the red or blue for flashes and tie.
