    I Think it was Good

Friday night we went to see "Hello Dolly" put on by our local college theatre. I picked my wife up from work, so we wouldn't have two vehicles. I had on my Buccleuch tartan with sporran, black hose, and white shirt, which was covered with my black jacket.

A car went by with at least two college students, he either had, or rolled down his window and tooted his horn and gave a sideways "V" or peace sign. I hope that is a good sign! I asked some of the teens in church today what it meant, and they only said it was a gang symbol. But I have seen other guys use it, so if any one can tell me what that symbol is, I would like to know. I try to keep up with youthful expressions and signs, as it is easier to talk with them, then if you know some of that.

Then right behind them was a car with a couple girls in it, and they were smiling with big smiles. Other than that, no one said anything at the theatre, but when I went into a mall, the manager, whom I know, said, "Ahhhh, a kilt. Aren't you cold?" I just replied, "No, I am comfortable."

    DALE.

You don't have to be Scottish to be comfortable!

A good old fashioned thumbs-up should be all that's needed as it is unmistakable in it's intent

    Pictures? Pictures?

My brother's in it, but I don't know if Cassie and I'll be going to see it, not because we don't want to, but the tickets are to much right now.

Gang sign!?!?! I think he's been watching too much Cops and Jerry Springer.

It's gone from a "peace sign" to a sort of "good bye" sign or a general "approval" sign. Don't take it as an insult. There's another 1 finger sign for that!
