Kilts and College!
I wasn't sure if this should be in the "kilts in the media" or not so I'm just going to stick it here. Moderators do with it as you wish, it's been quite a while since I've been around and have missed this place. College got in the way, but because I'm the only one on campus who wears kilts, and the fact that I'm always wearing one, I ended up in the college paper! Our college though, has a pathetic paper so it's no big thing, and I'm at a community college. But whatever. Because I'm not exactly computer literate (not quite sure how I've gotten through college with that little problem ) I'm not sure how to put up a nice clean link. So go to www.pcbuc.com and click on "don't call it a skirt!" under "news" The only thing I didn't like about the article is that the guy who wrote it said I called tartan "plaid" (you'd have to torture me for hours to get me to say that, and even then I wouldn't call tartan "plaid"!) and the pictures aren't that great. Wouldn't you know it, the day they take my picture is the day I'm wearing a Guinness sweatshirt instead of my usual black wool coat which looks far better than the sweatshirt. Ah well. The picture would've been better but the photographer for the paper was constanly high and everytime I saw him his camera battery was dead, or he wouldn't be able to find me. I was later told that he constantly avoided work. Makes sense. So we ended up having the pictures taken by a guy's mac. Ah well. It's an article, and I'm pretty happy with it myself! Hopefully when spring break hits I can get on here more often, but I shouldn't even be on now, I've got three papers and five tests to take and only untill Thursday to do all of that! So enjoy the article and hopefully I'll be back on in a few days and get back into things.

nice article. I have to 2 tests in the morning, but I'm still on at 1am. Not a big deal. I don't normally sleep much.

"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon
