tartan fabric
well, i wasn't sure where to put this so here seems as good as any. moderators, please feel free to move it if you think it should be elsewhere.
anyway, i'm hoping to find some tartan fabric in MacMillan hunting (MacLeod hunting is a secondary option) for as little funds as possible. the type of fabric doesn't matter. my mother is going to make table runners out of it to put the centerpieces on at my wedding. i said i'd look for the fabric because none of her local shops carry it. all of the sites i've come across have wool varieties of course, but at $50+ per yard it's a little steep for a table runner. so if anyone out there knows where to get a hold of tartan fabric for cheaper i'd any info you have. thanks.
