Time to Kill in NYC
In the middle of May I am going to New York City for my sister's wedding. I have been informed that the wedding is only going to be taking up Saturday. This leaves me at loose ends in Manhattan for Friday afternoon, Friday night, and all day Sunday. Right now I am planning on spending Friday afternoon at the Cloisters and then I really have no idea on what I should do.
Any suggestions on bars or restraunts I should try out? Places to see? Is the Cloisters even worth checking out?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! (And if someone wants to make Friday or Saturday night a kilt night that is a definate possibility but I can't commit to that until sometime in May because as much as I love my sister, she is not really all that good with the planning.)

My sister and her husband run TheaterSports of NY. You might look on line and see if they have a show while you're there. Or you could go to something off, off, off Broadway. I've seen some good plays at very little $$. Other things to do would be the USS Intrepid museum, stop at the Little Pie Company for an excelent piece of pie, loads of museums, Central Park is great. We haven't done much as far as evenings go but you should be able to find loads of things. Have fun
