Nix and I were out today
Kilted at various locations.
In the Salvation Army, we ran in to a Samoan fellow, who complimented us on our kilts... And wished he could wear his lava lava. A brief conversation happened. Nix got a fine view on how life seems to be for me... I seem to attract people. Maybe cause I look a little weird? The courage to be different. Such a delicate subject. So much to say, so little time to say it.
The home depot was interesting. A few looks, nothing bad, but some guy just had to ask where the highland games were.
It was an interesting day out. I think we are becoming a regular site at the Mellow Mushroom.

If Sgt. Stadenko comes by, Dave's not here and I don't know nothing about no mushrooms!

I know people from several walks of life like that who are always being approached by people. I believe that they have learned to show that they are approachable. It is a trait I am trying to emulate.
