    Shipping times on the Utilikilt

There is a music festival toward the end of June in northern Germany that I might be meeting up with some friends to see. I would love to wear my kilt, but the only one I am in possession of here overseas is my expensive tank. =/ The festival is usually pretty crazy (or so Ive been told), and Id sure hate to get my nice kilt really muddy. I think that the survivor would be just the perfect thing to drink and rock out in and Ive been eyeballing it for a while. The thing is I am broke as of right this moment, but if I got the money to order it by next month, I was wondering if I would have the time to receive it in the mail. Anyone else order a utilikilt from overseas before? I guess my main concern is wondering if I should just wait until I get home to purchase it. Thanks for the input ahead of time. I know I am going to purchase one on my next purchase anyways, just wondering if I should just "wait it out". Getting too the festival and the tickets are uber expensive (about 80 euros for the round trip, and 120? euros for the tickets) o.O

Do you get your mail via APO, FPO, or international post- which is very very expensive. APO was slow when I was in Frankfurt, Worms and Zweibruecken.
Could it be any better these days, 31 years later? I was there '73-'75.

Oh, yeah, btw, I went to oodles of rock concerts and other excellent cultural affairs while stationed in Duetschland. Pour yourself into the fun bro. It's a once around life!
Go, have fun, don't work at, make it fun! Kilt them, for they know not, what they wear. Where am I now?

Both APO-FPO and int'l posts originate at USPS when going from ConUS to OS. Military and US gov't services usually get their mail via APO- FPO, while the int'l delivery gets to hook up with the local country postal system which generally adds significantly to the delivery time in addition to the steep postal fares.

The other important question is "does UK have the kilt you want in stock?"

Last reports I've heard are that the store has very little in stock which is leading to "unknown lead-times". Call and make sure they have it.

Don't forget to check the scratch and dent rack...immediate shipping!
