    Covering a leather sporran

I saw a rabbit pelt today, for $12.00. I was thinking about covering a cheap leather sporran I purchased from SportsKilts. Does anyone have any ideas about how I should go about it.

To do it right, you'd have to take the sporran apart, and sew the fur into the seams.

You can do a job consistent with the cost of your materials using a good glue like Tanner's Leather Bond from Tandy. How you do it depends on how the sporran is constructed. got any pics?

BTW, I see rabbit pelts allthe time for arounf $4. $12 seems pretty high to me. I just bought 2 matched skunk pelts for $20 each, and a beautiful dark-red fox for $40.
