SOKS in July!
Here it is...
Kilt night at the Sleekit Badger in Dunnville. Scott (the owner) is very excited about having us out. Grant and I did a little recon at the place earlier this year, and it's a nice location.
What night of the week works best for the rabble? We can have our pick, but will check on when he has bands playing. The patio has recently been opened, and the place is hopping!
I don't mind the weekends, but I am open to anything. Suggestions?
If anyone needs to crash for the night, I can put a llama or two outside and free up some space!

Dunnville is where my misfortune started with the ladies. Before I was batting a 1000, then I couldn't even bat cleanup behind a hick that goes by the handle of "Dick". All be warned Improv1 has his town all locked up including the infamous Hockey Mom! I'm thinking either a Friday or Saturday but would prefer to go when no band is playing as I want to actually hear the lassies ignore me!

I'll second the no band thing - can't hear yourself think. Why I would want to hear myself think is a mystery though.
Friday or Saturday works for me too.
Cheers,
Rick

So far, the weekend kilt night option is unanimous! If there are no dissenters, I will set things up with Scott!

I will pay one of my friends to kilt check you... possibly the androgynous drywall installer that showed some interest last time...

I don't know why, I really don't, but for some reason this made me giggle till I shed a tear or two.
