We now have a new feature here at X Marks the Scot - RSS Forum Feeds

If you look in the Navigation module on the Portal page, you will see a new menu item has been added - Forum RSS Feeds.

If you visit that link, you will see the Forum RSS Feeds page.

Rather than trying to visit an array of Web sites to check for updates, many people are now configuring RSS news reader clients to pull in RSS feeds. That way, the user will be notified when something of particular interest comes up.

With this new add-on, X Marks users will be able to determine which forums they want to subscribe to, via RSS, My Yahoo, Bloglines or Google. All you need do is to point your news reader to the URL's that you want to watch. You can watch the entire site, or pick a selection of forums. The choice is now yours to make.

If you are interested in setting up RSS news feeds to your desktop, you will see a link to Google's list of readers on the Forum Feeds page.

You can now have X Marks the Scot news delivered right to your desktop.
