    Need semi formal advice

I have won the hand of my lady and she has agreed to marry me. now I need the sage advice of my fellow X-markers. What started out as a very casual beach wedding ( it a second marriage for us both) has turned into a slightly more involved and formal affair. It is being moved to the mountains of N Ga and is becoming more elaborate. I need pictures of some of you guys in semi formal (white shirt and tie, with and without jacket ) kilted attire. I am a big guy and anything I get that is more formal than that will have to be custom made , which we don't have time for. I am also researching some of the rental places to see what they have . I have more or less convinced my bride to let me go kilted since we are not going too formal ,but I just need to show her some of the different looks besides the full Prince Charlie.
    Thanks in advance,
    John

Congrads on the wife to be!!

You can still wear a jacket.. just go to a thrift store and get good looking jacket for around $5-$10.. Have some one alter it.. Shouldn't take more than a week if you tell them it's for a wedding.

Here's a pic of the Missus and me heading out to dinner, and a photo of the the same outfit while it was still light out:

I'm about 6'2", 265 pounds, so I'm not a small fellow either: I hope this helps.

Bryan...no pics with just the shirt and tie-sorry...

    Thanks Guys!
That first thread was the one I was looking for Panache. Now the fun begins...finding my size and getting her final approval. I am not real sure which will be tougher.

    Yeah, go through the pics.

Here's a place in Atlanta that rents. I've not done business with them but it won't hurt to talk with them.

    Congrats on the wedding!

    Congradulations FHPDO

If those links don't give you some ideas, just call off the wedding.
