Akon/Benny D @ Live Earth
At yesterday's Live Earth show, Akon's DJ - Benny D - was sporting a (Heather Isle tartan?) kilt and a PC. Haven't found a pic to post, but I'm sure there's one out there.
Words can't quite describe a rather tall black guy, with a rather taller mohawk, skankin' away in front of a worldwide audience, whilst wearing a kilt.

My wife told me about that. Was he in another band?
Also, the SOS All Star Drum band had a kilted contingent. Very cool!
