Colorado Highland Games

Next weekend, August 11 & 12, will be the Highlands Ranch Highland Games. That will also be the second Saturday of the month when the Denver area kilties get together. At this time, I don't know if we will be able to make either one. My sister and her husband from New Your City will be spending the weekend with us. I'll throw it out there and see if there is interest. If so, I have a kilt he can borrow for the day/evening.

The second weekend of September is the Long's Peak Highland Games in Estes Park. We will be arriving Friday night and staying with my parents. I'll be working the games again this year. Same spot as last year at the end closest to the playground where the piping and dancing competition will be held. As we get closer, let's set up an early Saturday evening (5:00 PM) time to meet up for after or a place and time to meet during the day. Home Plate at the ball diamond might be better then the beer tent like last year

Thanks for the reminder, Mr. Livingston. I almost forgot it was already August. (Like I forgot about the last Kilt night, until it had already started. ) I'll have to check with the Ladies to see if I'm going to Highlands Ranch or not.

Just a quick bump for the Highlands Ranch games this coming weekend. Still won't know if we will be there until my sister arrives.

Well, my sister and her husband got here last night. Looks like we won't be there. Their schedule is such that we wouldn't get there tomorrow before it is WAY too hot and Sunday is out too.
