WaMu Bank Robery

Someone just robbed the bank down stars that's connected to my building. Don't know the story yet. I work at the Quaker Oat's building at Monroe and Clinton.

I seem to remember hearing that bank robberies are enjoying a peak of popularity...and more perpetrators are getting away with them. A sad commentary on our times.

Unfortunately, here, its pretty much a death sentence to try & stop a robbery. Most likely, they were armed. Money is insured by the government; its really not worth the risk of someone's life for a few bucks.
