    Trip to Ireland #4

Here is a selection of pictures taken by me on my choir trip to Ireland.

    Statue outside of Kilkenny Castle.

Opposite the castle there are craft shops - I liked this ceramic Angler fish.

Behind the craft shop complex there is this lovely old ivy clad house with a formal garden.

Fishpond in the garden - there are blocks of stone to sit on that have letters carved on them.

This gentleman at the pond looked like a real character.

Part of the craft centre complex. There is a very good restaurant behind those porthole windows.

    More to come!

Wonderful shots Trevor, I am really drawn to the ivy covered home, if I did not live in a townhouse I would be off to the garden centre, ah well I am sure my neighbours would revolt so best stay here.

Love the photos trefor. I was intrigued by that platform of flowers floating in the river. Like you the fish caught my eye - did you buy it?

No Phil, I didn't buy it. I don't know how much it cost but being in a coach party I didn't want lots of heavy/breakable stuff to bring home. Besides which a photo is cheaper!

And thanks Ayin and McMurdo for the kind comments!
