    Kilted Barbecue at work

Hi all I thought I would share some pictures from the barbecue we had at work today, it was a good day and there was more than enough food for all.

Din and Me (I'm the one in the kilt)

Here is the chef for the day Din

I thought the Welsh Rugby shirt was a nice touch as it was paired up with my Union Kilt, shame about the Welsh rugby team. So McClef that picture is for you.

After that there was steak, and there was enough chicken for all, but by the time you get up here it will be cold.

Somewhere I've seen bbq or other purpose aprons to tie around your waist, to protect your kilt. It would be a shame to get grease from the bbq on that lovely blue-denim kilt. Who takes all of your great photos since you're usually in them?

Now then, Glen ....... I was under the (perhaps false) impression that 'work' was for work, and BBQs for leisure. I wish I'd had time to party, even occasionally, through all my years of drudgery!!!

By the way, that looks like a lot of meat for just two guys to get through!!

There was yes quite a lot of meat however, there were about 8 for the barbecue. I only got a few pictures though, I suppose one of the perks of working the weekend is that every once in a while we can do something like this.

Excellen pics and you even succeed in making the black knee hose work with the denim Union Kilt - I normally wear mine with scrunched down hose.
I've just come indoors about quarter an hour ago from barbecuing chicken.
