Need help from our Arizona members
I am posting this for Bill as he is having trouble with getting a thread started.
Anyway, Bill was inquiring if any of our Arizona brethren know if there is a piper for hire in or around the town of Holbrook, AZ.
Bill's sister is helping to organize a St Andrews Day celebration and they would dearly love to have someone play the bagpipes during the festivities.
Bill asked me to let you know that if you "PM" him please enlarge the font as he is still recovering from recent eye surgery.
Thanks,

You might try contacting the Northern Arizona Celtic Heritage Society, based in Flagstaff, to see if they know of anyone out that way, or who'd be willing to travel there.

I was going to suggest Thompson's, too. If they don't know, no one in Northern Arizona will know.

Aye, Thompson's will know. Also the lady who runs Aradia books in Flagstaff is a piper. This ain't their site, don't think they have one, but it has their addy and number.

Hello All!
Thanks for the answers so far! It seems the onlyway I can post to the forum right no is through the quick reply. It seems no matter what I do I cannot initiate a new thread so I am in debt to Rusty for his kind help on this.
The event in question is at my Sisters' church where they will be celebrating St. Andrews Day. I am not sure at this point whether they are interested in a single piper or if they want a Pipe Band. The Pastor there is new to the Parish and so is unfamiler (sp?) with the area and needs some help. My Sis knowing my perchant for all things Scottish drafted me and where better to put the question than to the happy Rabble here at XMarks!
Thanks again for the recommendations I will take all I can get and pass them on like a good middle man.
BTW I am also having problems with PM but if you wish PM your e-mail and we can communicate that way.
To All:
Slainte' M'Hath!!!!!!
