Hello from Portland, OR
I've been kilted occasionally since 2004 when I bought a UK. I've recently purchased a PV Kilt from the The Frugal Corner and just today I received my tank from Scotweb; a beautiful, 8 yard Balmoral kilt in Irish American Tartan. I'll post pictures of that one after I debut on Saturday.
