    Kilted at work

To the Mods I hope this is the proper forum for this if not please move it to the proper one. I am a chef at a private golf course, the last two days we have been hosting a tournament for the members of the club. This morning when the members began to show, the owner of the club showed up to play wearing a Irish National tartan kilt, everyone thought this was cool. What I am hoping for is that this clears the way for me to wear mine occasionally. Everyone keep their fingers crossed I am approaching the general manager about me wearing mine on St. Patrick's day.

    Good luck.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Well I do work in a kitchen which isn't really the best place for a kilt and I only have one so I figured that only on special days can I do it for now.

You maybe confronted with health and safety issues.
Then of course there are spillage's and so on which could damage your kilt.
Utilikilt did make a white kilt maybe that would be a good start
